Public figures Activist are usually evaluated on regardless if what they do matches what people say. This is especially true within politics. Candidates promises a lot when they making the effort get elected. They can pull the wool over the eyes of their constituents for a period of time, but if they get hold of elected, everything people said beforehand is quoted back to these on a regular basis. Did they tell the truth when they promised to deliver on a certain issue? Are they telling the truth while in office?

Seeing interviews with people in politics, it seems that a politician never answers a principal question. They have an idea they want to present. They have a reputation they will protect. They don't envy quoted later on your controversial issue. Since I also believe that reporters often also have an agenda of their own, interview are definitely a problematic situation for the politician.

Leaders who fulfill in every public discipline - politics, business, academics, sports, faith - have a matching challenge. Their measures define how their words are gotten. The ultimate criteria meant for judgment is being capable to trust the leader.

Management Styles

School many years and working in the market world exposed us to different control styles. Some were good. Some had been terrible. I remember the challenges of handling some leaders and also the joy of figuring out from others.
